Q: What time do I need to have all my trash items inside the trash bin?

A: Please have your trash ready to go by 6:00 PM. This includes trash in your bin and in an area accessible for our Bin Buddies to roll out your trash! (We suggest having your trash in the bins before you leave your home for the day so you can toss any last bits of trash on your way out, thus making the process even easier and stress-free!).

Q: It is 7:30 pm. Did the Bin Buddies Trash Services representative forget to stop by?

A: Rest assured they are on their way! Our staff is working diligently to reach your residence as soon as possible. If you do have any concerns that they have forgotten your residence, please give us a call at 925-322-4323, and we will be happy to help! Also, please be sure that you check out our Holiday observances in our Terms of Service and your email for any reminders you may have missed regarding a disruption of service to be sure that today is a day of collection. Q: What time will my trash bin be rolled back to its designated location after trash collection?

A: Trash rollback starts at 12:00pm to ensure all of our clients’ trash has been picked up by the trash collection agency. Time can be delayed on trash pick up if there is a delay in trash pick up from the collection agency.

Q: I just signed up for trash service. Will my service start tomorrow?

A: While we would love to start your service immediately, we need 24-48 hours to allow for processing and updates to our schedule. This ensures our Bin Buddies have all the necessary information to make your trash service worry, stress, and hassle free!

Q: When will the trash bin cleaning service become available?

A: We are working diligently to get this service up and running! Our goal is to have this service available by Summer of 2025!

Q: I have a special request for my trash service. Will it be accepted? Where do I submit this request?

A: Requests can be submitted through our “Contact Us” form, or you are welcome to send us a message via email or phone! While we will try our best to grant special requests, requests are approved on a case-by-case basis!

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Oh no! We are sorry to see you go. Please reach out to us via email or through our “Contact Us” page and let us know that you would like to cancel your subscription. If you would like to pause/delay your subscription, please reach out to us requesting a “Delay in Service”! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to change your mind or improve our service! We appreciate all of our customers and hope to see you again soon!
